		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. Without customer or consumer insight when translated into action satisfies the customer’s/consumer&#039;s value — the need or want seeking to be fulfilled will give us the opportunity for a differential advantage.  Any idea, especially those thought of while in the shower (my best ideas), can uncover opportunities that can be easily overlooked.  The next breakthough idea -- A Bathroom- Themed Restaurant. (Don&#039;t quote me on that one.)</description>
